Only way I am buying a G8 is if I can get one white, I won't buy anything unless its white. I haven't seen a white GXP in my area at all.

Isn't yours a slightly higher compression? All I know is that the guy who does all my tuning bought a GT when he traded in his Vette (his for now, wife's once he gets his viper) and tuned the piss out of it, more so than he has done with the stock GTOs around, and we went from a 35 roll, and until about 90 I had him, he had me until around 120 and then I took it back until 140 when we let off. Good damn race, that is the night when I realized those cars had a lot of potential, but they are sooo restricted by the tune from the factory. I can only imagine what the GXP can do once it's tuned properly. I won't be buying any car if it can't be tuned well (like a Nissan)

Good looking out man, I went to look at a GT in my area today and they are asking 34k with 8k in rebates. Great looking cars, who knows maybe I will throw a supercharger on it in the future.

I think the compression is the same, about 10.5 to 1 on them both. My car is a lot quicker since I tuned it, there's no doubt the factory tune is holding it back.

$26K is a good price, there aren't too many around and they are going fast.
