The Jeep is going to become a winter/offroad vehicle and I'm going to need a new car this summer. Along with considering a 2500HD truck and a few other ideas, I still get drawn to the arrowhead  Did I have a brain fart and forget the G8 stopped in 2009? How hard will it be to get parts in the future, especially with Pontiac going away? What are the prices for used ones? I only found a handful in my area.

This one is probably more reasonable. Too bad there isn't a picture.

I've looked at my other choices recently. It's not practical to pay 600/mo for a new Camaro and drive it in the Summer only. I can always go back to my roots and get a 67 Camaro for under 15k that would provide more fun.

I'm gonna start looking for a grey GT. Do the GT's come with 18's or 19's?

Mine has 18's, The sport package came with 19's I believe. Or some package.
I wasn't too happy after I ordered my car through the dealer and I found out there was another option, But I can live with the 18's.

Nope the sunroof is a separate option. It has sport metallic pedals, 19" machine-faced aluminum wheels, summer performance tires and a slightly smaller diameter, leather-wrapped Sport steering wheel. Parts are available because Holden is still making the same car for sale in Australia and other parts of the world.

So is mine but the sport package has a smaller diameter steering wheel for faster turning I guess.

Parts won't be hard, they'll be just like a GTO. They take longer to fix because they have to ship things in from AU.

The sunroof option is rare, I'd probably have a G8 if my dealer would have ordered me one with a sunroof like i asked, instead of "they didn't make a sunroof"

They said they could have got me one with a sunroof but I told them I didn't want one. My windows never go down.
