Drone doesn't do anything but annoy people who ride in the car. I love the sound of my exhaust and no one has ever told me that I had excessive amounts of drone. Then again I could be wrong.

Nick how much was the Solo system you bought?

Its around 1500rpm on the highway that 'annoys' me.. May not be drone, I could be wrong..

The Mach Shorty Unbalanced, their most aggressive kit, was $800

1500 RPM's on the highway? You drive like an old man I take it. ;-)

Was it worth the money? In your opinion.

I'm talking about when I hear it most... but I think it may have been the o2 sensor as it popped off while driving today.. I hope the harness didnt completely rip off...

Nick you can adjust the lengths of the J bends to eliminate the drone. Mark the spot where they are now with a marker, then loosen the clamps and slide the pipe to make it longer or shorter, then drive the car to see if the drone got better or worse. According to the guy from Solo, try shortening the J pipe first and see how that is. That's a nice setup you have, it should sound good and make your can run stronger.

You will have more luck shortening the J pipes, rather than elongating them. I would shorten from the stock setting about one ince, and then go in half inch increments after that if it need improvement. The stock setting is 9" from the end car to the start of the bend.

I definitely think its the o2 sensor.. I ordered one and it should be in tomorrow... I might have to wait until Wed morning to get it on a lift real quick to toss it on, my ramps dont put the car up that high...
