Wow they must have spent a fortune modifying that G8! Too bad there's no pics showing the S/C motor, I bet it looks first rate like the rest of the car though. The subs in the rear deck is a great idea, and I like those in-dash gauges. Lets hope some of those custom parts are mass produced for us to buy someday.

There's a three gage pod available for the G8. I don't know what's required to install it, though, or if it's the same one that's on the car above.

I know about those Holden parts, and they are VERY expensive! The plastic gauge pod is $300 and you have to buy gauges, plus all those trim pieces listed on that page.

I like the color because its something you don't normally see and it goes well on the car. Some people do custom paint without any thought as to whether it will work on the car. The insides are well done, but the diamond seats I could do without, but at the same time wouldn't take them out of the car if they came in it. I'm not feeling the NAV in the glove box idea. I like my space in my car and don't really want to fill it up with stuff that isn't easy to come out if I need to carry something big, like an attic ladder for instance, which by the way did fit in my trunk! I think the G8 looks great stock without a lot of messing with it.

Say Don, Have you had Flip tint your tails yet?

No he doesn't have any loaners yet. I did ask him about it but now I'm having second thoughts. I have to back into my driveway and it was so hard to see with the tinted rev light bar on my GP, and it's built into the tails on the G8. Besides I'm starting to like the clear tails with the chrome lights inside.
