I already have one, it just doesn't need a clutch to bang gears. Right Mike?

As far as gas mileage goes, in the city i usually get around 18. I did however drive from Roy, Utah (35 minutes north of SLC) to North Las Vegas on one tank of gas. That was about 570 Miles, and i still had a bit left in the tank when i filled up as the low fuel light hadn't come on yet. That was achieved with ALOT of economical driving. i.e. Not getting into it, driving between 75-78 MPH. I noticed that going any faster than 78 decreased my range by about 120 miles. (has to do with the whole amount of HP it takes to keep a car moving at a specific speed). BUT, i get about 18. Im in Yuma, AZ. The roads suck balls here. Watch out for potholes if you ever come here. :-) lol

im getting 11mpg average with my SS all city, hop on the freeway for about 10 minutes like 2 times a week wen im late to work lol but besides that its all city, i gun it ALOT but drive normal and try to keep it on 4 cyl as long as i can... keep in mind i have 20s, i think what keeps me that high in city mileage is the flowmasters w/res delete.. may go the g8gt route sometime this year so wanted to know what u guys got.. gonna be my DD as the impala so im hoping gas mileage isnt too bad compared to the ls4, anyone with a g8gt that use to have an LS4? notice any dramatic differences in mpg?

I get around 15mpg in the city driving aggressively most of the time. I think that's pretty good seeing I have almost 100hp more than you. I have 18's but it shouldn't make that must difference in the wheel size.

i use to get mid 13-low 14mpg all stock...
got rims and started getting 10-11mpg now with flows im ranging mid to low 11mpg average.. i know its not accurate as hell on the dic but i get about 190 miles to each full tank.. im sure its like 200 for the whole tank but i dont let it say "low fuel" much, once its next to the red i pump..
was gonna get an intake, but just gonna stop modding the car, already has enough to please me... im just tryna get the job im aiming for to be able to afford the g8 sell the impy to my sister since shes ignorant on the gas mileage shes gonna get, i warned her but eh she wont be able to say i didnt tell her..

looking around im finding some 08s for around 24k and surprisingly an 09 with 7k miles for 27k..
went to a pontiac dealer to look closer at these beasts but they sold theyr last gt that day :(
but they had a sweet ass white gxp auto, i left the dealer right after seeing the gxp cause the dealer didnt know shit about the cars he was selling..
went in asking to see g8gt's and he took me to g6's "well heres one like it with a nice... lemme see here...*looks at paper on window for info*.. v6 engine!"
i said no, i came to see the g8gt, nothing more...
kept talkin bout the g6 ughh it was sad..

I got my 08 used for $20K back in December, but right now the prices are higher because it's summer. If you wait until fall or early winter I'll bet the prices will go down on the used G8's. If you want a new one any dealer should be able to get one for you, and with rebates/incentives you can pick one up for $27K or even less if you bargain with them.
