Okay so I have the SLP loudmouth axleback, it sounds great..but I have been watching videos of people that have the corsa on their car and it sounds absolutly nuts! So, heres what I am thinking of doing, and somoene please correct me if I am wrong.

Magnaflow Xpipe-delete all resonators-SLP Axleback but use some type of muffler, borla, dynomax, corsa...am I going to get the same results if I got the corsa catback? I cant really justify spending 1300.00 on pipes!

For that kind of money I'd get headers.. although I'm not sure if your headers are the same as my headers.. and I'm not sure if they make them even..

they do make headers, i just need something a little more rumbly. the slp is loud but on my exhaust there is a HUGE resonator followed by two smaller resonators, i know if i cut both of them off to do the x-pope it would be too loud, thats why im thinkin of getting mufflers maybe.

Some guys around here took off the set of resonators and it didn't make a difference. he didn't take off both sets though, just one.

I have custom made Borla axlebacks with the mid muffler & resonators and my car has a nice rumble, so your car has to be louder than mine without rear mufflers. Besides you said your car sounds great so I don't know why you want to change it. Long tube headers & midpipes will cost about $1500 and with the Loudmouth axlebacks it will be LOUD.

Why wouldn't I? It does get hot here, and since I'm not going to be driving it when it's -10 it's not hurting anything.
