Okay folks - I am considering adding a 2009 G8 GT to the fleet. Appreciate your comments on what I should look out for and what should I avoid. Source is extremely reputable and I know the car has been treated and maintained appropriately.

Make sure there's no vibration at highway speed and higher, quite a few G8's have wheel/tire balance issues. Also make sure it shifts smoothly, some have a trans flare that makes the motor rev up a little higher during the 2-3 shift. Also listen for a lifter ticking at cold startup, that's a major issue with a lot of the GT's.
