Well, I did some soul searching and might have got myself into some trouble. After trying to see if the OEM navi can play MP3's, I found a link around that directed me to a corvette forum. Once there, it mentioned about doing a firmware update with 2 disks. I tried this. The first disk loaded fine. The second disk, which is supposed to be the audio update, didn't do anything. The problem I am having now is that my navi freezes up when I hit any of the soft keys when in navi mode. While driving, it will show the map with the roads but it doesn not show any road names. Has anyone else done this update? Can I reverse the update I did?
