I'm trying to find some places in my area to get my windows tinted and so far I've gotten this price.

$199 - Standard 3 year film
$229 - lifetime film

What do you guys think of those prices?

Thats not too bad really. A place in a bigger city by me does all rear windows and side windows and banner on front for $225 with lifetime warranty and any darkness. I got mine done for $175 without the front banner. But the shop is my uncle's and i preferred no banner because i dont like the suddent break to darkness, i prefer the gradual fade from stock.

That price isn't too bad. Around me (I'm in Northwest Indiana), prices are a little cheaper. I think I paid like $125 for mine (give or take $10) all the way around, 20% with no front windshield banner, lifetime warranty. Or I could've went to another and paid $165 for lifetime. So I guess it just depends on your area, and the quality of work.

around 200 seems average. i got my done for 195, other shops in area were same +/- $50.

$180 for the GTO (non legal, lifetime) Tint looks fantastic, and it's one of the cheaper places around.. (under the table, obviously)

I have 20% all the way around no issues. I think it's only 15% and 5% too dark. Technically you can get away with 13% here but if the cop wants to be a prick he will write you for whatever he wants. I've seen people with 30% all the way around get tickets and not people with limo.

With a white car 35 % is dark enough. I don't want to be on the side of the road with my car being impounded because of window tint.

Well for ohio the legal is 50% front and any back. But I've had darker on my old GT

I'm in MD. $140 for lifetime + $70 windshield (just done today). Those prices seem reasonable. Yeah, ago with the lifetime. If they do a good job you will never have to test the warranty anyways.

Those prices are high!!! In my town I got my windows tinted for $65 lifetime!! But I guess it all depends on the area were you live!

I got Limo and where I live is totally legal!!!
