Did this Saturday evening and tomorrow after work I'll be "finishing" it with either a 2000 wet sand or just come 3m rubbing compound and then some Gold Class. So far I think it came out really good. I'll try and get some pics during the day when I finish it up tomorrow so you can see it a little better. The light output looks the same as if it wasn't tinted :)

nice ill be doing mine soon as well if i dont just opt for an overlay, if i dont order an overlay gonna do my own. i got some peel out letter stickers from hobby lobby that ill be putting on before the tint and see how it turns out...ill post pics when done

Sounds good. I will say if you do decide to use the spray on tint make sure you prep the light very very well. I sanded with an 800 grit wetsand to make sure I got all of the OEM silicone off then did an alcohol rub and let it air dry (I did that twice).

3rd brake light was the only thing I didn't tint. My brake lights are too dark for that.

think i decided to just opt for the $6 "supercharged" overlay, im lazy :wink:
