Alright guys i ordered a SPO rear wing off ebay new in box from GM. The seller claimed it included adhesive pads and 3rd brake light lense. Neither of these where included. So naturally im a little pissed off but i emailed the seller and encase he decides to screw me and not send them to me does any one know where i can get a GXP/SPO 3rd break light lense? price point on these?

Speedball the lens is the same as your stocker.

The main challenge is getting it off your old wing without wrecking the screws (they are often corroded)...

But you are in Texas so you might not have that problem.

Well i got the stock one on and its looking good ill get pics tomorow in the day light. Im thinking about some semi gloss automotive paint and spraying it because low and behold when i got it on I realised i think it might give it the emphasis i want to leave it black. Again pics tomorow but we will see. I also need to remove some of the old GM 2 sided sticky stuff off the trunk lid any tricks to that? I was thinking fingernails, olive oil, and being careful that has worked with stickers and tags in the past. On the way soon to is a 3rd brake light over lay saying "Speed Ball"

BTW the screws sucked. One was perfect and immaculate the other literally was a circle not cross threads any more and was rusted super bad we had to cut a groove so we could use a flat head screw driver but that screw wont take much more abuse....

Goof off and a microfiber. It will take it right off and not damage the paint/clear.

I use silicone remover. Dab it on with a brush, leave it for an hour or two and come back and wipe off with a microfiber and a bit of windex.

I ended up drilling out both my screws and siliconing the lens in place.

Overlay: mine says gtp from reflective concepts.

I wouldn't leave it black if I were you. Spoilers should be the same color as the car imo. What might look good would be to have the outside edge of the spoiler the color of your car and the inside part (the part that's like the same size as stock spoiler) black? Something different.
But then again I'm not one that should be talking about spoiler color right now, I have a green gen1 on my black car :???:

I think you should remove the stickers, and debadge the grand prix. After this I think it will be pretty good looking although I prefer body color spoilers. I tried my spoiler in black once, didnt like it and I've never liked others that were not body color.

Next up inferno hood? :D
