Did you use 3M tape? They have an outdoor style and an automotive style, both of them should work fine, and dont try to do it when its cold outside

I tried with the outdoor mounting tape when it was 90 out, but I may have to get tape and screws today

Mainly an easthetic mod on the cheap, but it will offer limited protection...

Small screws and washers is the way to go, thats what I did...

Looks nice, but I say paint those new grilles black like the ones on the bumper, the lip looks a little odd on the drivers side, dont know if its just the pic, you may want to adjust it

Or he could paint the upper (stock) grilles a silver to match the metal ones below. I think that will add some contrast and "pop" more then just black. Black grilles are too comparative to stock unless they are extreme gloss or powdercoat. Just my .02. Here are some photoshopped versions to hopefully help ya decide!

Just grilles,

Then other decals/vht or w/e

I appologize for the crappy chop of the lower grille on this one! A bit rushed with school projects!

I believe either silver or black will work, it really depends on what you want the color scheme to be for the car. Consider if your going with chrome tips and other silver accents that you may want to make grilles silver. If you are going for the blacked out look consider black.

one of the last two, they both look sweet guess it comse down to which you like best, but i would def invest in the overlay for the arrow and the inlay for the pontiac on the bumper, and gratz on the purchase

Just take them off one at a time.. paint one install and do the other and you'll be fine. If you take them off at the same time you'll have a hell of a time getting the engine to rock forward to slide the dogbones back in place.

Sent from my Samsung Infuse
