Exactly that. I'm bound and determined to turn it white. Part of a theme.

EDIT

Also I went to the link shared up above and I can't seem to find those bulbs he suggested. I really don't want to buy the wrong ones.
I'm getting LED interior and Exterior.

Ebay... when I did my conversion back in the day (around 4 years ago)...I bought all the bulbs off of Ebay...I ended up saving around $50+ bucks. Those specialty online retailers like oznium.com and autolumination.com are kind of a rip off. Here's what you need...

For the interior lights in the back, use these
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2pcs-T10-Wedge- ... 3a6cecc91a

For the foot lighting in the front, use these
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2x-4-SMD-Super- ... 5648282fbb

As far as the map light, it depends on what kind you have, is it a solid piece, or is it a two part that you can click on and off?
Mine was a solid piece map light, it has a tuve style bulb...can't remember the number, but pull that bulb, and the number should be right on it. I ended up replacing it with a led board that consists of 6 white SMD led's....it's BRIGHT.

The trunk light is also a 194 (if I remember correctly)...use this..
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2x-T10-194-168- ... 20bf2ab7a9
But, I believe that the trunk light may need a resistor (mine was very dim when I opened the trunk, did a little research and turns out that it needed a resistor) Could be found at your local RadioShack.

For the 194's yeah. I just did all the interior lights and the trunk light. But they had all different types to do the revers lights and stuff like that too.

It was a chinese package inside the padded envelope with all of them in one package. But the return address was california and it got here way too fast to be coming all the way from china. Maybe they have friends/family back home sending them boat loads of stuff and they sell it.

LOL... Kris brought this back from the dead... last post was 2009, then 2012... ;)

I have 194 leds for my rear plate as well... looks awesome...gives the law zero excuse to pull me over for a smoked lience plate cover (we technically arent supposed to use them in Ontario).

Im planning more LED's this year...

Good thread!

I've been pulled over multiple times for smoked plate covers, i asked them what the big deal was after about the 3rd time. If they can't read ur plate its unlawful. so smoked cover with bright leds = visible plate = non-issue. (until u find the one with a napoleon complex that is)

i have led bars at my place of work that are 12v dc,they are designed for lighting cabinets and fixtures but need a power supply and transformer when used in the home, so without the power supply and transformer these should work in my car right, or is there somethng else im missing here?

They will also ticket you if your plate cover covers the letters of the state you live in
