Hey im new here and ive been looking around and ive noticed numerous Grand prixs here in the austin TX area but none gold. was gold rare at all for an 06, or less comin i mean it seems like gold would be one of the most popular colors but all i see is white silver and some times red and that wierd dark grey. also just pulled the cover off my engine planning on repainting it to go with the car im thinking about gloss black with gold lettering.

Well if we want to be technical here... 04's were bright gold while 05+ were a shade darker of gold. You'd have to compare the two cars in person to really notice the big difference really. It's like the stealth green darkness contrast.

Yes old people drive gold cars but, whats the point to buying a color that everybody else has!! Gold GP's are not seen a lot! Anyways I choose my gold GP over a black one and aqua blue, which most people would of choose the black one! My point is that you have to be Unique, and you will stand out, my car gets a lot of compliments all the time!

;-)

hahaha lol I HATE the color of mine I just bought it for the engine. everyone tells me to paint it black and I say no thatd be dumb to paint it a factory color. so if I do end up painting it, it will def be a two tone. ill just paint it at school so I can use the paint booth :D

I always liked the Copper or bronze color on a car. The Aztec had a color I think it was called Fusion Orange Metallic Flake or something assenine like that. I just called it Copper.

I thought the Silver GP was kinda different until I noticed a LOT of them around here as well as every manufacturer has a similar type of car (Stratus, Camry, etc.) in silver. Siiiiggh. 8)
