Yes, it would improve your visibility greatly. Ebay would probably be yuor best best to get a HID/projector combo on the cheap.

They are all the same. The gap is due to the front bumper sagging. Plus the headlights themselves are smaller than the factory lights.

So...I know I posted something in Cory's thread, but I'm going to ask here

What is the quality like? Do they get any condensation inside of them?
Also, what bulbs are you guys running now? I remember pics from before and there was a wiring harness on the lights. I'm assuming that plugs into the stock plug?

For anyone running HID's with the projectors, what is light output like? Is the beam pattern pretty "safe", in other words it doesn't scatter a ton? I'd LOVE to go HID but don't want to blind other drivers by putting HID's into my stock housings.

The quality is ok. Some people have had condensation issues. Most of the people that I read that had issues were in cold areas of the country. I never had any condensation issues. Then again I am in California and it does not get that cold. You can alway reseal them to be safe.

The headlights will shake on one side of the car. Most common is the passenger side. There is a sticky on how to somewhat fix this on club gp.
http://www.clubgp.com/newforum/tm.asp?m ... =1&smode=1

The bracket on these lights is different so you can not swap to your old headlight brackets. So be careful not to break the bracket when installing them as there are no replacements other than buying a new set. Another issue is that the adjustment screw to aim the lights gets maxed out and may not be aimed where you want it. I did have to add a couple of washers between the headlight and the headlight bracket to push the light out and give me more adjustment capabitlity when aiming the light up. Mine was maxing oput on the drivers side. The washers fixed that.

The beams also cross. There is no way around this. If you adjust the lights to not have the beams cross then you will have large gaps between the grille area and the headlights.

Other than the minor issues the lights are great. They are completely plug and play. The only wiring would be for the halo's if you want them on. I have 5000K HIDs in mine and the light output is much better than stockers with HIDs. The light does not scatter and the lights have a nice cut off so you don't blind anybody. Once aimed you will notice how far down the road the lights illuminate signs and other things.

Just to clear things up there are two versions of these lights. There are the ones in the pics posted and the LED versions. Be forwarned that the LED versions do not have a cut off and horrible light output. This thread has pics of the LED one's and their cut off.

Its a lot of info but I hope it helps everyone out.

Are there any white cars out there with black projectors? Once I get my bumper replaced/painted and my brake line fixed, I'm going start thinking about fixing my heater and getting projectors... I'm leaning towards black ones because the chrome ones just look odd to me. I figure the black ones should blend a bit with my graphite wheels and black grills.
