I tried tapping into my Fog light fuse and that is live all the time. Then I had an LED go out and also seen a local member with the same car and idea. I have the worst luck when it comes to lights.

What I'm not getting is how it turns off. If the car is off and I hook the power lead to the fog lmp fuse and then the black wire to the ground and it comes on.... when is it off? Remember I'm a dummy.

any pics of these installed on a 97-03 model? I've got projectors now but I'd be willing to swap back to some black crystal stock-style headlights and add these strips. The only question would be putting inside the housings or if there is enough room to put them outside.

I'd like to bring the strip up between the headlight housing and corner housing for that Audi R8 look. Seems like it could work since those two pieces arent attached.

its for anycar really.. and its audi style. ive done a led strip on mine as well, only waiting on another set to go all the way across the headlamp, but they still look nice and extremely simple to do. I just tapped into the parking lamps so i flip em on n off using the stock switch.
