For those of us without a Comp G, I think it would be cool to have a gear indicator. Kind of a digital screen that tells you which gear you are in to explain the obvious. I know you can usually tell, and we only have 4 gears anyway, but I just think it would be cool to have.

Hmmm...$239 for one of those multifunction gauges....seems steep...or I could buy a Gen II spoiler for about that much.

Well.... yeah, like if u dont have mods id say dont buy it and go for the spoiler (cause stock one is just disgusting) the only reason i bought is cause im puttin in a smaller pulley and i dont have a tuner, so i use this to watch my KR vs Gear, KR vs RPM, many things, its nice

I have mods and what-not and I'd like to keep track of everything..but I don't have the disposable income right now for the gauge, spoiler, or gear indicator!

Gotta pay for my car :D

But I'm really glad I started this thread! This is some cool s**t!

Can the Interceptor Scan Gauge measure boost through the OBD II port? Or do you need an extra sensor for that?

Technically, yes. It would do it via the MAP sensor. It would show as a measurement in KPa, and then you translate from there.

So would it be better to get something to take it straight from the vac line and have it measured in psi? Would the MAP give an accurate value?

u can use either, the AF gauge gives u the reading in psi and not kPa, ive got both of'em cause i just wanna keep track of other stuff on the AF gauge and the other one looks cool lol
