Ive got 2 wiper scratches on my Grand Prix.
Its annoying to see my windshield with these
fairly deep scratches.
What causes these scratches?? Is it bad wiper
blades or too much pressure from the wiper arms?
Can these be polished out with car wax?

Most of the time scratches are caused by debris (dust, tiny tiny rocks, small pieces of asphalt etc) on the windshield that get moved around when the wipers turn on. Wiper blades themselves, even worn out ones, will not scratch glass unless the metal frame touches the glass obviously.
What I've always used to get tiny scratches out is Zaino's glass polish (regular car wax doesn't have any abrasive material in it and thus won't "cut" the scratches out. Polishing and rubbing compound does have these sort of abrasives in them, but usually they are too "gritty" and will just cause more scratches, thus a true glass polish is best), but deep scratches need much more work and most of the time can't be removed and either must be filled with some sort of liquid or just replace the entire windshield all together.

Zaino glass polish ftw. Never used it myself but I'm impressed with the results on Matt's car. i need to do my windshield, it's all pitted up.

With a PC the results would be even better.

You can try polishing it out but I'll bet the windshield needs replacing.

I had one on my car when I got it and nothing took it out. I ended up replacing the windshield (well, it cracked first, hence the replace, but whatever.)
