I found it chillin on my driver side front tire when i look at it looks like the wires are cut of what can it be i took a picture it looks like a clip thing ill upload pictures soon as possible !

Looks like the wheel speed sensor connector. That's really the only wire that even goes down to the wheel well. Are your ABS/Trac lights on?

Yup then sure enough that's what it is. On the plus side it's just the harness coming from the sensor/bearing assembly and not the actual main harness. On the down side, there might not be any wires left coming from the sensor to just splice that connector back on, however, if you guy a whole new bearing/hub assembly it will come with a whole new wire/connector so then yous ABS and TCS will work again.

hmm wounder why it was cut in the first place? ABS or trac acting up so the PO disabled it violently?

no idea this light started comin on last summer iv just been driving around like this ... is there any pictures or something i can look at to see how to install it ?

Here's what the hub/bearing looks like with the wire for the wheel speed sensor shown.

If you wanted to replace the entire hub due to a not long enough pigtail, then this will help. There's also a procedure in the service manual^^^^^ It's not a hard job to do unless the axle nut is seized on and being that you live in Canada I'd bed a dollar it is.

So for the plug will i have to get new plug or pull the wires out im pretty sure i still got enough wire cause its hanging on the tire hopfully i cant cut and replace

Idk cause that does not seem to be the plug that goes infront of it i have a picture of them which i will upload soon just need to find out wtf iit is so i can go grab it and fix it up

Having a hard time figuring out that post, but are you saying that's it's not the wheel speed sensor connector? That's the only wire going to that area. The next closest thing that is even remotely close is the foglight connector and I don't even think its long enough to reach over there.

or are you saing it pulled out of the harness and not the hub?

the only other harness i can think of would be the speed sensor ont he trans tail housing but that is the passenger side not the drivers

and no can not be the fogs the harness is not long enough

That's wheels sensor. I saw same thing at junk yard when someone want to take a USED rusty rotors and struts out of grand prix. Who want stock used rotors/struts for?

It is behind of it but I believe you have to take it apart and plug it back. Sound like someone forgot to do that.

so this is the plug when i took it apart the pin pull out i try putting new wires in but the stupid clip is to thin and i think it will break

alri sik now ima hit the wreck yard grab a taillight and this wire and hook it up .....Case Closed !

the speed sensor is a voltage producing sensor. the PCM is looking for a wave at a sertain frequancy hooking up a tail light to the wires will not fix any thing

but you could hook up the taiol light to the speed sensor and watch it get brighter the faster you go
