I just saw my taillights today and iv noticed that the lense has broke of the seal i was wondering whats good glue to put it back togeather im preety sure thats y its pooled with water -_-

im not sure there is a way. Most people just tint them enough to cover up where it looks like its "peeling". As far as it leaking goes, take the tail light out, spray it with a hose, figure out where it is letting water in, and seal it with whatever you have laying around. hope i could help!

I saw on another GP board that they usually leak around the bulb. After you dry it out, use some teflon tape around the seal at the bulb.
