with 5 gps on the property right now. (only the 2 are mine for now.) i started to wonder if i have issues?


well the need for some cash to get my car finished started this mess (tune and such for the 01) , but here is the lowdown.

i have my 2, as well as a 99 blk 2dr, a 98 blue daytona 2dr , and an 02 4r 40th.

ok long story short the 99 and daytona are both owned by the same kid. the daytona has some pretty major cosmetic ussues. (and is in quite sad shape alltogether) the 99 is quite rusty and i will rob parts off it to fix the daytona (after i looked at the rust a little closer and decided the car was too far gone to drive safely.

and the real money maker of all this is this butiful car, that supposedly has a broken flywheel. (this car will probly be fore sale afterword also i will post some pics after i get done, i may do a quick detail on it so that it looks decent to sell.)

i figured a little insperation for them wouldnt hurt either.







and some where in the mix of all this i still have to pull the motor and trans in the 97 and get that swapped around, (sometime before i do the 40th, so i can do it in there)

i think the 99 will be stripped of all decent parts and scrapped out.


and who the hell puts 4 dr seats in a 2 dr car???????? i am gonna take out the passenger seat so i can get in the back to get things stripped out...

At least it is not SE or galaxy silver. Whew you scared me for minute for thinking it is 2000 Daytona 500.

Mater by the lock is kinda rough but I will check and be sure how bad. I am sure I will have even more parts for.sale before I haul it off.

02gt i will try and keep that in mind. i will however start or do a continuation of my for sale thread when the part out starts or at least i have a title so that i can do as i wish with it.


i am hoping that my wire harness for the 97 comes in today, i am gonna pull everything tonight (finally) and if i have the harness i can get it back together and start on these cars. i think i am headed on one of those marathon work sessions again.. damn it.

the daytona will be fixed the $hitty black car is what will be scrapped.

and speaking of which, after i fought my 97 back to gether and it dont move still i pushed it out of the way and got the daytona in and the 99 over to start stripping them of parts to swap them over and get it fixed. here they both are as of right now. as all but one of the bolts broke that hold the bumper on the 99 broke i will need to go to the parts store and get some nuts bolts and washers to reattach the bumper brace from the 99 on to the daytona.








as i make more progress monday and or tuesday on them i will post more.


i am hoping over the weekend i can get the 40th in and get the flywheel and power steering pump changed out then i will get started on the partout and scrapping of the 99 then back to work on the 97 AGAIN to get if drivable.

i agree i like them too but they are still the pita lugs like my 17's had and i am not sad to not deal with those stupid things. i like my 17's just not those damn lugs.

Well got some stuff done today, got to looking at what was wrong with the brakes and found the broken brake line, but that was not the only thing I found bad in there when I went to lookin in there.

I couldn't get the stupid axel nut off so I just swapped the whole spindle.







Getting things back together..






This poor thing has given a bunch and will look even worse bt the time I am done.






It needs grills and some paint, after the windshilds get swapped out it will road worthy again.

But in comparison to how it looked I don't think it looks too bad. The wheels are off the 97 till the tires get mounted on his 17's then they will go on.










Now I have to make my truck run again so I can go retrive a fifth wheel, then the 40th will come in and start getting the motor pulled.

I was thinkig of who all I could invite over and just line them up. Bet I could get 10 at the house pretty easy.



Will start on the 40th this weekend. Time to do some work and get paid for it. ( I will get paid for fixing the daytona, just after I part it out and scrap it.)


Then back to work patching the fuel lines on the truck and putting the tank back in ( pump gave out) and figuring the 97 out and getting it going again.
