Hey currently I have a HAI on my 98 gtp. Was wondering how the SLP cold air intake kits are if I can get one for cheap. Am I better off with one of the SLP's or stay with what I have? Do the kits have any added performance gains?

Do the HOME DEPOT CAI .... the only expensive part is the AIR FILTER., and if you do it correctly, come winter time you can shorten it up to keep filter in the engine bay.

BEST BANG FOR THE $$$

The cheapest I've seen the SLP Cold-Air Induction Package is $149.95+S&H on SLP's site: http://www.slponline.com and at Summit Racing

If you want to build a CAI box, you can find plans here: Make your own CAI
Hope that helps!
