My "abs" and "track off" lights will come on intermittently. I know for a fact that my abs still work and I don't feel or hear anything unusual , so I am not sure what to look for. Any help would be great!

when mine went out... it was sooo loud. and it vibrated the whole interior, especially about 50mph. maybe the wire/plug broke off, or corroded out. not sure man

sounds like a bad wheel speed sensor which is part of the bearing. the bearing itself might be perfectly fine, but the sensor is part of the bearing assembly. have fun! you'll need a torch.

Probably a wheel speed sensor Ericwilks. The problem is the sensor is a part of the hub/bearing assembly and the whole thing can only be replaced as a whole unit.

If you suspect it's the bearing itself gone bad, you can jack the car up and try to rock the tire from top to bottom. If you have excess play in that direction then you have a worn bearing. The only real way to find out what sensor is causing your trac off and abs lights to come on is to get it scanned with a tech 2 scanner at a dealer. They can tell you which sensor it's coming from.

^^^ The sensor won't create any issues with the actual hub/bearing assembly physically.

It's a sealed assembly. You can't add grease.

Where are these wires we should check because mine is on too and it's been that way. It use to come on and go off, now it's on all the time.
