Well me and glanzergtx installed my ZZP Headers the other day, along with zzp modded rockers and 104 plugs.

After the install we started it up only to hear it sputter out after idling shitty.. Any ideas on what it could be?

I run 104's with mine, and it's OK, gapped at .055".

Do you still have a EGR ??? Yours sounds like mine did when the tube running from the LIM to the EGR was leaking.

I just took it for a drive and it's extremely sluggish. I hear a loud hissing from somewhere in the engine compartment and there's an engine vibration (not a suspension problem) when I go above....30% throttle.

the vibrations could be the headers hitting your swaybar. as for the other problem it sounds as if you got a vacuum leak somewhere.

Definitely check the spark plug wires to see if they are all in the right positions. I by mistake found out what happens when you do and does sound similar to what your engine is going, only mine actually ran and misfired a lot.

ok...I went out and checked some stuff over. All of the vacuum lines are connected, from what I can see. The plugs boots are all on the right plugs and are on as far as they can go.

SOOOO... I started it up after checking things over and everything sounded the same as it did before at idle. I took it for a little 2 mile drive and SOMEWHAT got on it. Drove back into the shed and heard a clicking sound...

Do you think the rockers could be too tight?
