Take the EGR off and put a PENNY in the bracket under the throttle body (lower intake) to cover the hole and BYPASS your EGR system

You can buy some plates really cheap from zzp that effectively block both the LIM passage and on the header.

It covers the egr hole when you do an egr delete.

there are no gains!!

no hp gains (maybe 1 or 2?)...no mph gains (or losses)

just a space saver

just cleans up the engine bay same with evap delete. but it will make tree huggers cry


EDIT: ok so with penny lose it runs how abought if you give it some throttle with penny tight dose it idle or run? i think your IAC valve (idle air controle valve) is not working properly or is gummrd up.

it runs fine at about 1.5k rpm's with the penny mod tight.

When the penny mod is TIGHT it idles ROUGH (almost dies) but when you rev it up it runs fine....with it tight we see multiple misfires but when we loosen'd it up to get it to idle correctly misfires went away and seems to run fine

Yeah installed sucked but I like 'em.. I don't really have anything to compare them to, but they go well with a 3.4 and 1.9 rockers. :)

but...I had a fairly decent sized exhaust leak from the DP to the catback and when I was fixing it the other day, my flex pipe broke. :|

So ZZP is sending me a new one and once I get everything put back together with 0 leaks, I will post again with scan results. :)

i posted it in the tuning section in daves other thread.

basically, import the scan into excel, and rearrange the columns so that everything is in the same order it is when using the original powertuner software, then export it back out.

i sat in a parking lot and got a lot of strange looks trying to figure this out, lol.
