Is it even possible? Jaclyn's one taillight had a ton of moisture in it (with a week and a half of solid rain I'm not surprised haha) and now has a white film residue on the inside of the lens. So should I even try or is it going to be a lost cause and I should just go searching in the junkyard for another one? Or better yet, is there anything I could put in the light and slosh around to try to get the white stuff out?

I have that problem on my daily driving. I just drill it on bottom for drain the water out. It does help gone but sometimes it got water moisture but mine is tint from FLIP so it doesn't bother me anyway. I'm thinking upgrade for led taillight for better light someday later.

oh yeah some did bake them I think. I'm not sure. Maybe I was thinking headlight.

Excellent!!!!! I was fearing that's how they were. The residue is in between the reflector and outside lens so looks like I'm boned haha. However, this writeup has given me a couple ideas of what to do with these lights now. Thanks as always Blackarrow.

And yeah Pat. I'm putting a hole in the bottom of this one. I did find where the water is coming in from and tried to seal it up as best I could.

Where did water come from? I was lazy to fix that because it is my daily driving. I didn't have time to pull it out and play with it. Now, I got a spare taillight and I will try swap them to seal this tint one better as I can.

The top corner of the light. The outside lens was starting to separate somehow. I just hit it with some sealant and hope that it helps.

Hmm... So could I feasibly inject black silicone (oh tho thilly cone) into the areas that have separated? Would that make them look better?

As for the moisture, bake it at about 250* for like 15 minutes. That will get rid of the moisture first. Then let it cool, and try hitting it in the sh**ter with some silicone. Theriouthly.
