Here's a unique one, from inside the car. To show how stupid loud the setup described is:

Pacesetter Headers back to the Monza (Pacesetter) 3" catback with no cat, no res and straight through design mufflers.

Here is my setup: DHP PCM, K&N intake, WBS 3" DP with high flow cat, Corsa performance exhaust.

Here is how the car sounds inside. This is not with WOT. But I did put her down pretty far.

Ok, this is my set-up so far, was asked in another post to add my sound clip here.

2004 CompG with Corsa exhaust, stock DP, and stock catalytic convertor, with SPO tips. Went one day with the Corsa 4" tips, too big for my taste. Mods listed in signature below.

Sorry for the sound quality, you get what you pay for right? And I paid $50 for my camera. Hopefully you can get an idea of what it sounds like.

Whoo hoo we have quick reply back!!

Anyways, got a clip of my setup today. 3" DP with gutted cat, 3" I-pipe, 3" Dynomax mufflers with 2.5" outlets and 3" tips. Obviously, like all videos, there is a lot of low end lost. This system is actually quite deep, probably the deepest I've ever heard on a GP. I gotta try and get a video from in the car and out of the car while in motion. I dig the sound, except at cruising speeds when there's a nasty drone in the cabin at just the right speed and/or RPM :(

2003 3100 SFI. Stock downpipe, stock cat, ubend still there, stock resonator, stock-replacement exhaust pipe from Autozone (convert from single to dual exhaust), 2.5" Flowmaster Super 44 mufflers, 2.5" to dual 3.5" eBay tips.

Driving home. First starting from a roll once some dick in a Corolla actually paid attention to traffic and moved, got stuck behind an MDX before turning onto the road behind my neighborhood and getting a full-throttle run in... then driving through my neighborhood until I parked in front of my house (can't park on driveway until the resurfacing dries). Also note, my keys, Evil Monkey mirror hanger were jingling, and my air vents were on, so there is a whooshing sound.

Image

Then put the camera on the ground and revved it.

Rk could you do a 35mph fly by when you get time. After hearing these on your car I will probably be getting them but would like to hear the fly by first. thanks

Tomorrow afternoon is the soonest I can do that. Accelerating at 35, or cruising?

Not the point of my video.....but I do a flyby at around 30mph.

Stock 3100, 2.5" DP and NO cat....rest of the exhaust is stock

I'm pretty happy with the sound....and the 1" bigger DP really made a big difference in sound.
