the 4t65 blow up no matter if it's a gt or gtp the trans int he 01 GT went out at 135,000 when it was stock the one in the GTX was ok at 163k and the trans in the 99 GTP was replaced at 176k

looks clean but i would still check under the plastic rockers and the strut towers. the GTX looked really clean when i bought it

yeah tan interior isnt my first choice but the price seems pretty good for the mileage

My brother had the same color setup, but his was an se. The tan looks pretty good if you keep it clean like im sure you will.

just look it over real good if it has the plastic engine cover remove it and cheack for signs of the intake manifold leak.

other then that and cheacking rust not realy and i was mainly joking about the tan. the leather looks good it si the cloth that is puketastic

just look for signs of damp ness where the heads and intake meet if it's realy vad you can see puddles of coolant collecting

this was on the back of the engine firewall side

When I popped the hood I was over top of the supercharger it sounded like something was knocking. The guy said it was the tensioner. Is he right or no?

If it is a knocking near the front of the motor, it could just be a SC coupler going out. Like 40 or so to fix.

I ended up passing. Th dealer was a slime ball and the suspension didn't feel right when I turned. The passenger seat did nt mgr either
