Well the bolts I worried so much about turned out to be easiest, they came out almost effortless! The bolts look alot worse when in the car, once the bolts are out they even look reusable!!! even though I will be using new bolts. The nuts/studs are the hard part. Will post back sometime later or tomorrow with update.

If you run into a problem with the manifold studs/nuts, NAPA sells an Exhaust Manifold Stud & Nut Kit: BK 6003233 $6.49

Well DP is in.. I started car and immediately jumped under with wet hands and felt around for leaks before it got too hot, didnt feel any, revved some, dont hear anything unusual so I guess its good (and it better be, I torqued the bolts pretty good!). So everything is good and I'm happy... If it hits the sway bar then I guess it will be a good opportunity to upgrade the endlinks while I flip it.

Thanks for the input guys, and thanks to OP for making the thread. Saved me some money, all the local places wanted a ridiculous amount and tried to trick me into thinking the bolts would be impossible to remove.
