I think this is my first post here............

I'm assuming it would be the same for a 96 or 97 GP, but does anybody know how to reprogram the key fob for a 97 buick skylark? 3100 or 3400 I cant remember what it is.. Can't find anything in techline for 97's...........

Someone please help out my grandma :D


Anywho,
Those nerd glass wearin' admins at clubgp banned me for calling one of them out on how much they benched.......So here I am........Forums are lookin much better then theirs, I have no idea why I didn't come here sooner

Welcome. I think you have to
A: make sure the batteries are fresh
B: Hold Lock and Unlock for 7-10 or more seconds.
C: play Angel of the Morning at excessive volume for added dramatic effect.

Yeah you know what I thought that's how it would have gone too..........But 97 buicks must just not be as good as 97 GP's

There's a jumper wire in the trunk you have to connect for the BCM to reprogram the transmitter I guess

i tried teh 97 gtp and no dice 98 came up w/ that new write up

That's what I figured...I assumed they should have something for 97's since there's still a lot around, not so much 96's.............what BS.........Tried 97 skylark and olds achieva........all they had was motor, tranny, and the regular bulletins.......Blah
