i aparently have a 97-98 TB on my car when i need a 99+ TB (for maf resons)

hope fully it will run better when i get the new TB and right MAF :roll:

i also sold my pacesetters some one at my school had a GTP and had SLPs he is going to sell to me for $200 ;-)

or you could put the 98 MAF tables in your PCM and not exchange the TB's

so your saying that if i take the tb w/maf i have left over from my 99 gt and put it on my girls 98 gt it will be faster?

No.

On this car, the 99+ throttle bodies are completely different on the inside. The MAF programming in the PCM is totally different as well. If the velocity is off, then the tune will be off. He can technically load the 98 tables into the PCM, but the later model throttle bodies are much better for air flow anyway....kind of a no brainer IMO.
