If you're just replacing the elbows then that's all you need (and coolant of course). You can get them at your local auto parts store for a couple bucks in the HELP! section usually but if not just tell them it's Dorman Part Number: 47065. Most auto parts people don't have a clue about anything unless they can type crap into a computer (at least that's how it is around here.) They both come in the box so there isn't a separate part number for the each elbow.

But if you really wanted to be safe and haven't done it yet, you should also do the LIM gaskets while you're at it.

Once you pull the tensioner pulley both coolant elbows will come out, or break in most cases haha.

Here's just a reference on how they both can be removed once the tensioner pulley bracket is removed (you don't have to undo the hoses or anything, just the belt and then undo the bolts for the tensioner and slide it off the engine far enough to get the pipes out).

I just replaced my coolant elbows and it was straight forward. All I got was the elbows and coolant. Be sure to lube the o-rings on the coolant elbows with grease or vasoline so they don't tear on you and leak again.
