has anyone seen the STAINLESS STEEL headers on ebay? they look nice and only $290 with $56 shipping you think there any good?

They leaked like a B*TCH when i had them on my GTX and they created a lot of heat in the engine bay! i wasnt impressed at all with them!! i am more satisified with my pacesetters

You aren't actually getting "Stainless Steel" headers. They are mild steel, which means they will rust.

no, they are stainless. look at all the installed pictures of them on peoples cars. stainless steel can be polished, mild steel cannot. theyre stainless. it even says in their listing the picture shows mild steel headers that are coated, but you are bidding on stainless headers.

that time was with the 3.5 plog, dp intake with 100 lbs subs in trunk and street tires...
i have not had time to go the track hopefully this weekend

I would stay away but thats just me. Maybe get them and ceramic coat them? Maybe i just had bad luck with them and others have good results.

I cant complain about my pacesetters i guess easy install and no leaks and EGR delete....works good....

they are very similar to the SLP headers i guess

You can leave the EGR in....i did when i installed my headers on my GTX but thats your call
