I did fill up the washer reserve. Whats

did you check the fuse? Did you break a washer fluid line while installing the belt? IIRC the pump won't pump if there's not fluid in it so it doesn't burn up. Start with easy stuff first.

In advance again thanks for the help.
The fluid is full. Where exactly is this
fuse located that works the washer pump?

Don't have the owners manual handy, but it should be in the glovebox fuse box (I don't think it's in the fusebox under the hood). The owners manual will say which fuse it is though in that junction box. If the fuse is fine, and you have a multimeter, unplug the fluid pump (need to reach up into the fender and check for power while someone else tries to activate the pump on the stalk. You could also try to disconnect the line going to the washer nozzles on the wiper arms and see if anything come out just to rule out a clog in the nozzles.
