one of my old highschool friends found me on face book and wanted to prove a ricer could smoke a grand prix. We went back to the middle of nowhere on a old logging road. we lined up and i took off with traction control off , caught a bit gravel on take off but still won by at least 10 lenghts. on the way back home, I had the heat on and notice strange nosie from it ,it whistles louder the more press the gas ( yes i have a cai but never had the whistleing noise come though the ac heating system) is this a problem or nothing at all .one last thing it stops when i shut the ac off

Probably one of your fans squeaking would be my guess.

Not uncommon for the blower motor to sound like that when it's on it's way out.

dang a blower motor that should be a good chunk of money thanks for the help. I wiil be back on here hunting for one before a couple weeks the whistle is louder now so its going out if thats it

Is the sound coming from underneath the glove box in the foot well area? If it is, then either the blower motor or resistor is on it's way out.

nice true gt , who tune for the portedtb and noise just sounds like it comeing from the middle

ok it was bad tonight,im for sure under the glove box(couldnthear the car til about 3k)
