Okay, so I'm in the middle of changing the LIM and got everything apart but to get the LIM back on properly I need to take the darn tensioner pulley assembly off, but if been yanking on it for a hour and it won't come off. All the bolts are taken out and it will wiggle, but since it's a 97 there's only one plastic elbow (that I can see). It appears that where the lower elbow would be is metal to metal and that connection is keeping this darn thing on the block. Any suggestions?

Nevermind, I finally got it. Kyle came over and reminded me that these cars just need some convincing with a hammer.

Everything seems to be going very smoothly so far, then again I've spent 1 day taking everything apart and 2 days cleaning and painting everything haha.
