The rims will need to go first, 22 inch rims will cost you down the road - ( Transmission issues, Wheel bearing Issues, and more) and are not meant for speed.. If you have a low budget I would start with the simple bolt ons - FWI ( Fenderwell Intake - Link Below), Exhaust, PCM Tune, New plugs and wires ( if you haven't already ), and etc. Also the next link will give you a more broad idea of the mods you can do. Also list if you are supercharged or not as there are other mods if you are supercharged.

One of the MANY FWI

Rims have GOT to go, if you want reliability and speed. If you put factory wheels back on, you'll be NOTICABLY faster, and will handle and ride MUCH better. Those big wheels you have...do precisely NOTHING except make somebody else richer.

Most guys run an 18" wheel max. I do like the look of a lot of 20's on GP's but they tend to hurt performance. I started out stock like you and added all the normal stuff like tuned PCM, rockers, headers/plog, DP, HV3, but it honestly didn't add that much, might have gone from a 16 second 1/4 to a 15 second 1/4.

It all depends on how far you want to go and how fast you want to be. According to the guys at ZZP at turbo setup at 6psi will net you high 13's, at 9psi your looking at high 12's. On 110 VP gas I have mine turned up to 15psi with no knock and it can get to the point of making me nervous with how fast it is.

All depends on how far you want to go and how much coin you want to throw at the car. I took baby steps with mine and have owned the car for about 5 years now.
