the more I learn about spark plugs the more confused I become

on a naturally aspirated L26 engine, no engine mods at this time

platinum, copper or iridium

606, 605 or 104

acdelco, autolite or ngk

Stock stule Iridiums should be fine.
I use them with no problems and I'm slightly modified.

I used Platinum & Iridium ACDelcos on my old N/A '99 GP with great results. I believe you want to stay with the stock range (AutoLite 606) plat or irid. BTW, those #'s that you listed are AutoLite #'s.
I felt like you for a second too after getting this GTP...lol! Now, I've researched that Copper is the way to go for these GTP's.
