Pop the hood see if you.can hear it better. If its louder in the car maybe a blower motor? Maybe something on the vents. Check all.the fluids. Maybe pop the belt off and spin all the pulleys. Check the obvious before you go tearing into a head or something lol

well ive noticed the engine has been moving a little more then usual

Well if your hinting a possible motor mount I suppose it could be possible but a motor mount usually don't show their ugly face until they are loaded or put under stress. Put the car in drive and Di a quick brake torque then Di it on reverse and again in drive. The motor will move a little but that's what Polly mounts are for lol. That way you don't lose as much power to the wheels
