i think there is something wrong with my power steering becuz like it will cut out and be sooo hard to turn and then it will start working again i thought it was becuz i was low on fluid but when i checked i was fine with fluid so does ne one have an idea or has had the same problem as me?????

Can you hear the pump whining? It'll sound kind of like the supercharger, but get louder as you turn. Whining doesn't necessarily mean the pump is the problem though, as a bad rack will make the pump whine.

If it's binding when you turn, though, then there's a good chance it's the rack.

yea like it doesn't whine it just like cuts right out on certain speeds like the faster i go the easier it is to turn but when i stop and turn its like taking all my energy just to turn like 5 ft.

Do you have any codes? Chances are it is the Power Steering Pressure Valve that varies the amount of power assist depending on vehicle speed.
