was up to my parts girl today and she had a set of... MSK(?) wires for a 97+ Grand Prix. Will those work on my 04? They should i believe, but I want to make sure before I spend the 110 on them.

Do you mean MSD? I would stick with the stock plug wires. Should be a lot less than $110 too.

Stock will hold up longer and work just as good, if not better than MSD. I would NOT waste my money on it. If you want the red look, paint your stock wires. Stock wires should be less than $60.

well, i talked again with my parts girl about the wires. she said in order for those MSD ones to work properly I would need to spend another $1000 for the MSD coils and Ignition module. So... now looking at other options. Thanks anyways.

LOL...that's not true in the least. Time to find a new parts girl. :P You don't want the MSD stuff anyhow. I would stick with OE wires, that you can pick up from ZZP, a dealer, me...doesn't really matter. Stock coils are good for quite a bit more power than you might think, too.

Thats bull shit.

I run the MSD and have no problems. And I surely dont need any other MSD parts to make them work.

If you want red I'd go with the PRJ or ZZP wires. I run the PRJ wires and I love them.
