I am going to be changing my plugs and wires really soon. So i called zzp today and asked them what they thought my choice for a plug for my gt should be. They told me to drop to the ap104's because of my kr issues at the shift points and what not. So do you all think its a good idea to drop to the 104's???

I agree. Glow plugs are the way to go.

I wouldn't go that cold N/A. I'd get a 180* thermostat if you don't, and maybe one heat range colder.

I called zzp and told them the mods on the car see sig and what the kr reading was at the last time it was scanned and they said to use the 104's hell kr was 4*+ so I want to try to get the kr DOWN before I chunk a few pistions through the hood and before I get tuned and retuned after the top swap this year.

Build a CAI, instead of using the HAI, and get it tuned. You'll get more out of it that way anyhow.

what is stock? 606's?
605's is one range colder
104's is two
103's three ranges colder
the list goes on

and i believe the gap set is supposed to be 0.66 on the grand prix (not officially as i need to find my gp books or get my comp back w/ all the correct programs)

get copper as it more efficient on a forced induction vehicle

also check your plugs every 3k if you go lower just in case

[h][/h]

def look into getting a cai or fwi built in as teh cooler air will knock down the *kr, are you seeing the kr on all bands because it might also be a false reading or false knock.

def get it read and 0*kr before you do teh top swap.

now i bet you have prolly heard this question alot,

why a supercharger? why not turbo? turbo you could push more boost more efficiently and you are further south to be able to utilize a 160*

Get some autolite 605s. Also get some new OEM plug wires.

If you do not have one, get a 180 tstat.

If you still have a ubend, delete it.

Im betting your knock is false though.
