they don't work
they are trying to sell you a resistor that messes up the computer and has it dump a crap load of fuel.

what you want is a pcm
i suggest a custom tune from a member by you or an Overkill pcm from Will

It's bullshit and will most likely screw up your engine, get your PCM tuned.
If you have someone local that does custom tuning do that, if not get a box tune from overkill or intense.

If you buy one from overkill they talk about a core refund. Is that if you tune your car and then return it? and how hard is it to tune your car yourself with it?

A core refund is when you buy a tuned PCM and then send them your stock PCM.

usually the core fee for a PCM is around $100 most places ive seen like Overkill, ZZP, etc. You pay them an extra $100 when you buy the tuned PCM from them, then you install it, and send them back your stock PCM and they will refund the extra $100 you paid them.

That's why a PCM tune is #9 on the list for our 2004+ GP's (04-08-grand-prix-discussion-f19/office-2004-mod-write-ups-and-other-important-info-t124.html)

Dang! I just did step 1 days ago (180* T-stat)....PCM tune is soooooooo far away
