can any tell me what the pressure should be around at idle? at WOT? thanks

there is no specific spec for WOT oil pressure. it should be at least 60psi @ 1850rpm and will continue to rise with RPM untill your pressure relief opens.

General rule of thumb is that you need 10psi for every 1000rpm. Obviously, I'd like to see more than 10psi at idle, though.

if your car is warmed up it should be around 30-40 at idle. at WOT i've seen up to 80 on my gauge.
