It's bad and is usually caused by a plugged up PCV valve.

It's a Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve, and it's located in the supercharger inlet or the intake manifold for non-supercharged engines. Here's a cut away picture of it in the GM service manual.

These pages show you where it's located depending on what motor you have.

2x what Don said. Those links don't work for me so I'll just tell you  Look on the farthest left (pass) side of your UIM and look for the sensor. The PCV valve in underneath that sensor (The MAP sensor). Twist the black plastic piece off and you'll see the metal pcv valve. They are just a couple bucks at a local autoparts store.

Here's a how to

i noticed the same problem when i did the HV3 install. i had a puddle of oil around cylinder 1 & 3 intake ports. GM actually decided to make an internal PCV system as a loop hole through EPA by not having to make a readiness monitor for it. this design of PCV tends to act like an oil pump when u are decelerating at high RPM. since engine vacuum is the highest at decel oil is sucked directly from the pcv and right into the UIM. chrysler also had this problem on the 3.3L i believe.

well i replaced the pcv valve today but that still doesn't explain my ltft is around 3.0-7.0 while idling and 16.4 when driving and when i wot it it goes back down to 0.0

Well the PCV valve doesn't control the fueling, so this is no surprise.

yeah PCV wont effect fueling. at WOT both LTFT and STFT are supposed to read 0 because its in open loop short term reacts to the upstream o2 sensor and long term is going to try to get short term to 0. view your upstream and down stream 02 voltage pattern at idle the upstream should be a steady wave signal from 100mv - 900 ish at idle that pattern is averaged as stoich 14.7:1.

i had a problem with my upstream 02 last month i bought a delphi replacement from zzp and it was defective it wouldnt switch past 700 mv and my fuel trims constantly read -16 to -25 % on both long term and short term. some times it would read 925mv and fuel trims would spike to +25%. your issue seems similar to mine i would most definatley check both 02 sensors voltages.

quick ? whats your vehicle mileage, and do u have a catless DP

I'm going to go with vacuum leak as my guess.

If you didn't seat your injectors properly then you will have a vacuum leak. Honestly dude you need to stop deciding random shit is bad and replacing it, take a day or two to figure out what's actually wrong and fix it. You're going to save yourself a lot of time and money in the long run.

Because it's a textbook case of vacuum leak. Just because you couldn't' find one the first time you looked doesn't mean it doesn't exists and therefore it must be a billion other reasons you've listed, most of which have nothing to do with your ltft issue.

We're giving you all the answers we can. I don't have you car in front of me to look at, so I can't tell you exactly what your problem is. By what you're describing though, you have a vacuum leak. They're bitches to find, trust me I know, I've had to track them down before. Check every line and every fitting, and then check them again.
