I am experience issues with one of the fuel injectors. There is a tiny amount of fuel coming out from where the injector goes into the intake manifold. It seems like its clogged. I pulled off the fuel rail and the o-rings are in good shape. Any other ideas on what to look for? I am thinking of getting the ones from ZZP to replace the 6 since one new oem injector is $80.

The car has about 78K miles. The mods are HV3, ER rockers, intake and exhaust.

Well I replaced the o-rings on the injector and cleaned the opening on the manifold. I did lube the o-rings as well. I looked at the injector while I had it off and did not see any cracks. I put it back on and turned the key to the on position and 5 of the 6 injectors sprayed a little fuel. I even did the same while I had the injector off and fuel came out from its location on the fuel rail. So I know the fuel rail is not clogged. The fuel comes up from the manifold like the injector is backed up and drips into the space between the UIM and LIM. It looks like I have a clogged injector.

No I did not have any around. I think I am going to replace it.

I went ahead and ordered the ZZP injectors. The injector I suspected as being clogged was the problem. Now the car hesitates with the ZZP injectors i swapped in. I do not have access to my scanner at the moment so I do not know what SES light its throwing. I will update this thread as soon as I get my scanner in a day or two. The car started and ran fine with the stock injectors. Even with the clogged one. I think I am going to purchase a new stock injector and swap out the ZZP ones for the stockers. Its as if the car is getting to much fuel. ZZP claims a 10% more fuel flow from the ones I got. I got the 24# ones.

My mods are
Borla cat back
K&N CAI
ER rockers
HV3

thats exactly what it is, youre probably geting too much fuel and the car doesnt even know it. id keep the injectors, but swap the stockers back in for now, and then, onc eyou hav3e tuner access again, tune for the new injectors.
