Ok as the title says I failed my annual Pennsylvania Emmissions test on the Grand Prix due to no monitors reporting except for the Air Injection. the Mechanic was baffled as was I... and said i may have a bad PCM... gonna run it up there before I get to work on it and they are gonna re-run the test and see if another sensor may of readied .... now has anyone else experienced this? or does anyone have any idea what to do to get it through.
The car has a stock PCM so obviously nothing to do with a tune or something like that, any other mods that may (i highly doubt) that maybe causing any issue is a SLP CAI, ZZP 2 1/2" Cat back and a ZZP 2 1/2" DP.... any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a downpipe with a cat? Is your rear o2 sensor plugged in or bypassed?

yes I have a Catted DP (would even try to get it legally inspected in PA with no cat lol) and the rear 02 sensor is hooked up. and the 02 is actually new because I couldn't get the old one out of the old DP and it snapped.

funny enough I was looking over a few things last night and looked at the vac line from the FPR to Throttle body and the boot was dry-rotted and split open ... which could explain the crappy gas mileage I've been having .. however Pep Boys is useless and they are telling me its a dealer item so I slopped some RTV around the boot as a temp fix until i track down a new line (hopefully this weekend.)
