I know this isn't perfect, but it might be a start at least, unless you've seen it already.

You should really use a GenV on an 04+. The Eaton Gen3 isn't as productive as the GenV.

This list is from W-body store:
L67/l32 Heads (Pair)
L32 Fuel Rails
L32 Fuel Injectors
L67/L32 Pullies (2 idlers and one crank)
L32 Supercharger and throttle body (04+ TBs are the same SC/NA)
L32 MAP sensor and MAP sensor bracket
L32 Lower Intake Manifold
L67/ L32 Valve Covers
L32 Coil Bracket
All necessary vacuum line, bolts, and accessories for the job
Head Gaskets (2)
Crank Bolt (stock bolt is torque to yield)
Supercharger Gasket
Throttle Body Gasket
Valve Cover Gaskets
Fuel Injector O-Rings
Performance PCM with proper gear ratio calculated
Head Bolts
Lower Intake Gaskets

You might also want to do a cam and a double timing chain while you have the motor apart among other mods.

More information can be found using the forum's search function.

This is correct. ZZP has both L67/L32 topswap kits that come with or without a tuned PCM.

you didnt say zzp the first time you said w-body store and no zzp does not sell full conversion kits only L36 m90 conversion install kit which is gaskets and such

the best and cheapest way is to buy a whole engine from car-parts.com for about $1000-$1400

WBS is where I got the list from. I modified it to include what motor specific parts are for. ZZP Does have a topswap kit which can be seen here:
http://www.zzperformance.com/grand_prix ... &catid=103

In regards the the topswap kit however was wrong saying that they had an option for L32. Their full engine gasket kit, which is here includes an option for L32:
http://www.zzperformance.com/grand_prix ... &catid=103

There is no point in buying a full engine when you're going to generally have to replace all the gaskets anyway, and you'd lose the 5% of HP that you can gain from the compression differance of the L26 to L32 block.

Yikes! You're better off getting the hard parts yourself. I could have had my entire gen v topswap done for about $1000 if I wasn't getting a cam, injectors, timing chain, valve springs, headers, HPT etc.

Morad Parts Company throws topswap kits every once in a while when they get a car in with a trashed block.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/3800-Sup ... ccessories

This one is a gen3, I'd hold out for a gen 5, but they're definitely your cheapest and best way to a complete kit with at the best price. All you need to do is buy the bolts, gaskets, harness and fluids. It would still be way cheaper than buying a kit elsewhere. They also give you a warranty on the parts.
