I already removed upper intake manifold & front/rear valve covers. Also, some etc. stuffs too.

Anyway, I haven't remove lower intake manifold yet. 2 major thing I'm worry about. Fuel line. I'm afraid I might pop it out and broke it. Also, I'm little confused about push rods. There is no tool to remove push rods? I don't see anything about that.

There is link that blackarrowgtp gave to me.
http://d-tips.com/General/Articles/arti ... /art10.art

Any tip will be nice.

I will work that engine at end week of July which it is my 1 week vacation. I will finally have time to work on my engine.

Reason I'm doing that so I want to replace plastic gasket to metal gasket. It is usually happen to 3100/3400 engine.

when you remove the rocker arms, the push rods will just pull right out. and there should be a quick connect for the fuel rails

now if you didnt take the intake off already i'd say run the car and pull the fuel pump fuse that way it clears the lines.

but since you did, disconnect that fuse just in case, and then you have to de-pressurize the fuel system to get to teh quick connect. now i can't tell you where it is exactly but hotrodolds might

I didn't disconnect the fuel lines on the last one that I did. I just pulled the fuel rail and injectors out, and flopped it off to the side.

Make sure that you put rocker arms and pushrods back in the same place they came out of. THE PUSHRODS ARE DIFFERENT LENGTHS!!!!. DON'T CONFUSE THEM!!

Yes, it is for lower intake gasket job. Fuel line was little bit tough to remove it out but I got it out anyway. The remove job is pretty easy. Not sure about install it back yet. Will see next weekend. ;)
