3500 Exhaust Question

WTF muffler would sound decent on this? It's a 2006 Malibu with a 3500 VVT. Sounds a little too buzzy now, needs some bass to it's sound. And for the record, the 3500 is a 60* V6, same basic block as a 3100 or 3400.

honestly the 660 motors sound pretty good, id just get a cheap summit aluminized muffler and call it a day. 5 bucks says it sounds better than our cars

LOL probably. What doesn't? In any case, I was just wondering. It's SILENT now at speed, and pretty quiet under load. Sounds pissed though.

id leave the res if it has one. summit, thrush, any cheap performance muffler will do the trick.

It has like 3 cats, I THINK a res, and a muffler which would be EASY to replace.

When I had my 3100 I had summit brand turbo muff and no res and it sounded really good. Not to loud but, enough that you knew it wasnt stock.
